I need help getting parts for '52 evinrude

Hi all, great site.
I have a 1952 evinrude fleetwin 7.5 h.p. model 4447. and I cant seem to find where to get the following parts from...

prop cone & shear pin
powerhead gasket
lower unit seal kit
carb rebuild kit

if anyone can point me in the right direction would be great.
