Re: I need help

Okay here is what I got so far. If I shift to forward and reverser. Both shafts spin, so y don't it do it on boat, I had my kid watch. The pinn that goes into upper to see if it is canging to reverse and forward when I put it in gear with the throttle, should the little pin on upper move when I do the throttle to forward and reverse, with out boat running, and still tring to figure why no water flow, and prop won't spin, but what I got now should the throttle pin move with throttle lever with out boat running or does it have to be on to move the pin in and out of drive and reverse,I should just pay some one right????

Re: I need help

If the gears in the top box are chewed up, then why not just buy a complete new drive... They are available here for $1395... Cheapest and quickest way to fix your problem, and with a 3 year warranty. :D (Wish we had that deal here :()

What caused it? The top gears are really easy to crack on those older drives.... Doesn't take much, and bang....
