I have a 1980 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge w/twin v8s that I am rehabbing this winter. I just noticed today that it has two right hand props. Should it not have a right hand and a left hand prop so that it would have counter rotating props?

Counter rotating props is a mis-nomer, it's counter rotating drives. You can't just switch a prop and magically you have a counter rotating setup.

You apparently have RH outdrives which is why you have RH props. You'd need to change one of the outdrives to LH before you need to worry about having a LH prop.

Leave it the way it was and you'll be fine.

Yes I figured that. But I just thought all boats with twins were suppose to have a left and a right to counter the push to the right. And the left drive I think I will have to replace (another story). Also trying to figure out what the boat came with from Sea Ray

As Bond-o say, not all twins got a reverse rotation drive. At some point, they used to have to use reverse rotation ENGINES! Yikes, what a pain. If the boat handles, steers, and performs okay with the two like drives, leave it alone and don't worry about it.

Not worried just want to know what it came with from the factory. Since I Don't know. I also don't want to find out after getting it in the water that it does not steer or perform well. Must be some one else out there with same boat than can tell me it came from factory like that and does work well.

Most merc 470,s and all their variations when set up as twins were both rh drives I have the same set up as well. I am guessing that is your engine and drive set up as searay loved them in the 70/80's lots of tourque but needs some adjustments to make them reliable.
