Well now, me and maw usn to haven some problems withn loud neighbers, and thisn is what weun dun.<br /><br />When theyn wasun dun fer tha night, maw would waitn till they weren sound asleep and then would get ol betsy offn the wall, load up both chimneys, and go over there right by their bedroom winder and let both them chimneys go all at once.<br /><br />Didn take long for them varmints to leave.<br /><br />Can't get good neighbors anymore.<br /><br />Dont haven to worry about anyone calling the cops causen they won't come this far out anyway.<br /><br />Now if maw gets real onry, she wait till they havn to go to the outhouse and then take ol betsy out there and let go with both chimneys.<br /><br />Seen some mighty orful sites coming outof that thar little brown shak.

Well, there back at it again just like clockwork..<br /><br />Last night was tolerable but tonight they got it wound up a couple notches... I don't care about the noise so much as it concerns me, but the lady who lives next door to me whos house is directly behind the rude a$$ neighbors, has cancer and its bothering her but she won't say anything because she is affraid...(which I explained to the cop and the neighbor)<br /><br />I confronted them again tonight (4th time in three weeks) and I'm getting not as polite every time.. They say "we bought the house, you'll just have to deal with it"... "OK fine... You asked for it.."... I'll call code inforcement and let them know about all the construction thats been done without the proper permits, and I'm sure code would also like to know about the rental apartment upstairs seeing as this area is zoned as single family only...<br /><br /> Cops in this town are a joke and won't inforce the noise ordinances 14-126 & 14-129 punishable by $500 fine or arrest (I did my homework )...<br /><br /> The cop that came out tonight is going to be in a pickle monday morning when he gets a call to go see my buddy the Chief.. What's that old saying? It's not what ya know, it's WHO ya know... Well, I know all the who's, most on a first name basis.. The cop (just a kid, damn I gettin old) might have made out ok, but problem is he lied to me and that don't fly... Deep doo-doo...<br /><br />Feel better now that I've vented..

I was gona say that although I live out in what we call the county, they have a noise ordinance as to where you can not play/party, that is an annoyance to others, and they enforce it too

I'm sorry that I don't live a little closer or I'd come help ya out the same way that I fixed my party happy neighbors I found that between 4 and 10 18" bass bins pushing about 7000w pointed at their bedroom window just after they get into a good days sleep 3 or 4 times will quickly fix the problem, or stealing their speakers after the kid sets them in the window cranked at max volume and then goes out with his friends. not that I really enjoy being a pain but I like sleep also and might want to acomplish something during the day. So after many sleepless days and one disapearing set of speakers they moved out. I found it extremely funny when they moved out and found the speakers in their garden shed

Have you ever tick tacked a house? Frame houses are the best but brick will work. You'll need a large nail, some string 20-30'and a little heavier then kite string) and some rosin (sp), the stuff you put on a fiddle bow. Tie the string to the nail good and tight and push the nail between two boards (between a window and the sill etc.)so it fits good and snug. Pull the string good and tight (20-30'?) and rub the rosin up and down the string. Try it on your own house first. It makes a real eerie moaning sound and you can't tell where it comes from. Do this at night after the partying has quit. If the neighbor comes out to investigate, just drop the string on the ground or give a good yank and pull the nail out and pull it all home. This prank (?) is at least 100 y/o<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
