I want to fix stress cracks in the gel coat, what's the best product?

Your damage is glass..not filler ..

You are going to have to grind and lay some mat on that hull/deck area .. ( Resin and mat ).

Thank you! I'm a new boat owner. (Last year) The previous owner beat the Crap out of this boat. Buying used boats sure is a good way to jump in with both feet. Ugh!! This forum has been very helpful. I have been looking up things for several months now.
The small chunks are from a broken strap flapping on the back of swimdeck last month. The damage on the bow nose seems to be the worst. Do you think the same procedure is required on all 3? There are actually a few more areas over the boat too.

Nope..the nose is a glass repair ( normally fixed with just mat and poly resin ) ..

Your last pic on the char line should be just gelpaste and spot spray ..
