You will also need the ECM, wiring harness, distributor, and all the sensors.
Nothing a few thousand bucks won't cure. IF......... it all fits on your particular engine.
If you don't understand MPI completely, forget it. That manifold is the inexpensive part.

Re: I want to go FASTER !

sorry for the delay in getting back to the post. i was away on business for a week or so.

ive investigated a number of options. one sounds very intresting, but crazy.

a guy here has a 350 with a supercharger, low hours, hooked to a bravo 3. hes thinking of selling it. he wants to go to a bravo 1 to up his hp. and a bravo 3 wont take more than a 30 pitch. (hes looking for 75 mph)

hes getting 65 mph on the water on a bigger boat.
im just a little worried about a "go fast" used package. but if the mechanics say its ok.....
question is.. has anyone ran a supercharger? are the relyable. (on a 350 mag, mostly stock)

i just intend to cruise at 25-30 mph however i want the power when i need it.

and how is a blower on gas?

any thoughts?

thanks

Nitrous might be a better option. You will get the same efficiency when not using it as a stock motor, and can just use it when needed. A stock engine will handle about a 175 hp shot or so as long as the nitrous system is set up and tuned properly...you will need to install an electric fuel pump and fuel pressure guage.....they are the key to making the engine live a long life.

As far as the blower goes, you need to know if it is a roots type or a centrifugal type....one mounts on the intake and the other mounts like an accessory (alt. , ps pump, etc.) Room in the engine bay will dictate which you need to go with. Either way, typically in a marine environment, they don't last very long and the roots type are difficult to set up and tune properly.

The alpha will not last long with nitrous, and depending on total output, a standard bravo(rated to 400hp) may not last much longer.
