called ebay last nite after the speakers came back destroyed. the very nice lady listened to me rant then was very helpful in walking me through the steps to appeal the decision. she said it would be at least 48 hours until the final decision. well this morning when i checked my email i have a message saying they have overturned the appeal and i was returned the amount of the sale plus shipping. guess i should have just called in the beginning. i never thought that they would reconsider, i guess my Carma meter was full.

Glad to hear this, I don't have a lot of faith in ebay backing up sellers, but looks like they did you right this time. I thought you'd have to just write it off, glad I was wrong.

Too often we jump to conclusions without waiting or gathering all the facts. We see this in the news all the time. Glad you were able to resolve this in a positive manner. All companies want to make money, most want to do the right thing in the process.

the speaker cones no longer move they have been destroyed.
