AMEN to the thoughts expressed by JB, ob, Nathan, Rick-d-boat, and others in suport of this forum, and iboats rights to do with it what they will...<br /><br />This board is GREAT!! With PLENTY of good advice to those willing to listen. Good open (sometimes spirited, but ALWAYS open) communications, which are NORMALLY done in a respectful commentary manner by most...<br /><br />There is a core of HIGHLY experienced volunteers and other folks posting here that is UNRIVALED on ANY other boating forums... The FREE assistance available here to all who wish to come and learn, would cost most of us HEAVY WADS of $$$, if obtianed in ANY other manner...<br /><br />AND the guy who OWNS this house we get to play in, is willing to let us in on "special pricing deals" occassionally to boot !!!<br /><br />Unless I've missed something or been blinded by all the hype, I don't see ANY evil plots afoot here !!! This forum is as good (better in my book) as ANY you'll find ANYWHERE on ANY topics...<br /><br />Admin5... As my G-ma used to say, when we were insulted... Either we play buy his rules or we all go home.<br /><br />The rest of us here have NOTHING invested except time.<br /><br />If the OWNER wants to make us aware of a deal going on-so be it.

I for one, applaud Admin5 on his integrity and restraint. this website, in anyone elses hands, could very well be filled with annoying pop-up ads. he leaves us free run of the forums and keeps the ads out. if on occasion, he would like to turn us on to a good deal, I welcome it....Thanks Admin5!!!!!!!!!

Adm5; I am a newbie here the help is awsome the answers are founded in knowledge and shared without reservations because of this i have searched your site for a set of books (did not have mine) and gladly looked at your props however could not justify one at the moment,... more to the point. As a Boater i am an opertunist always looking to add something to the stowage at discounted $$. I for one welcome the notification of such chances and Will purchase from your site when oppertunity arises. This i consider a profesional courtesey for all the knowledge (and laughs)gleaned from your site. This is not to say i am going to throw money at you however all things being equal you are the choice. Thank you for a fantastic community resouce for boaters everywhere sincerly, JOHN
