IBOATS ORDER.....

Just looking for a opinion on buying parts off this website. I recently purchased a prop for my motor through this website. I ordered it Saturday the 28th of May, and paid extra for the 2 day shipping to get it to my home before the weekend. Estimated delivery is Friday June 3rd. <br />Being a holiday weekend I was still anticipating my order to arrive by the 3rd. I was wondering is anyone has had any problems getting shipments from Iboats on the "estimated" delivery date?<br />What kind of service can I expect?<br />Dont want to go another weekend without the boat, and I was trusting Iboats to come through for me.....Hopeing they will.....<br /><br />petey....

I got my prop exactly when they told me I would have mine. I have only ordered once but I am getting ready to order a boat cover.

I have had several orders this year with them and service has been great. Just found out in the middle of the job that 1 part was missing from an impeller / housing kit. I was able to salvage the old one and finish the job. We'll see what they do about it. At the very least, they need to check their supply of those kits to make sure it's there.<br /><br />Jeff

So far All I was told today, is to call back wed to get a tracking number. They could not tell me if It was shipped or what....<br />Confirmed for shipping was the only verification on my iboats order e-mail order status.<br />I paid for 2-day service....really hope they come through for me. <br />Prop is shipped straight from the factory in Michigan...so I am told, 20$ is alot for a box, compared to a 37ct letter that will beat a box in less time. What is this....i can drive to Michigan in less than two days from deep east texas...I am a truck driver 30 years for crying out loud....I GUESS I AM CRYING NOW!<br />Missed memorial day weekend with no boat!!!<br />By golly I will not be denied my boat with my wife gone for a whole week!!!!! <br />Lets go iboats.....come through for me!!! <br />jas...petey!!!!

Man, how'd you get her to leave for a whole week? Oh, yeah, the boats not running. I truly am sorry for what has happened. It happens with any business at one time or another.

I've ordered stuff from the site, they are awesome. Everything has shown up on time or a little ahead of time.<br /><br />I bought a CMC trim/tilt that I ended up not needing. When I called for an RMA, I was told there was a 15% restocking fee. I checked the site and all the emails they had sent me and there was no mention of a restock fee. I mentioned that to Whit and he had my money refunded in full. I highly recommend them.

I ordered two props on May 25, the order form said that I should expect delivery on June 1. That's today. And my wife tells me that I have "a big box from some marine something-or-other" waiting for me at home...

Got nearly $100 worth of parts from iboats a few days ago...all not what I ordered. Service in getting this fixed has not been great...

Ordered prop, came toda 1 day early. Credit this more to UPS than iboats, but I ordered and they shipped next day just as promised.

I always try to find where something is shipping from. I can actually get ground shipments faster from Tx,Ok, La and Ar faster than using 2 day. With ground, when it gets there, they deliver. With 2 day, they will actually hold it for another day before delivery. I guess they dont want overnight delivery when you pay for 2 day.
