Went up to my in-laws lake house yesterday to check out the damage form the ice-storm back in February. They're in Florida!

We got most of it cleaned up, but the branch in the lake is going to take more than we can muster.

We got lucky, and it only damaged the wheel on the small lift...find a used wheel and we're good to go.

Re: Ice damage clean-up

That sucks. Although, I guess it could have been alot worse.. Open water, what's that??!! The last few nites we've been "making" ice. Been below zero at nite lately.... Ice probably wont be gone until late April, "hopefully"...........

It could have been much worse....there are two big lifts just to the right of that one...both with canopies....glad it didn't hit those. The damaged lift is one that we were looking to find a good home for...when I bought my Coronado last year, I didn't need that small lift anymore and had to buy a bigger one.

The ice just came off a little over a week ago...we'll have the pier in before long....getting the itch!
