Go to: my profile > edit profile > avatar image > select avatar image................<br /><br />Select an image from the list that i-boats has provided OR set your own using the "set URL" button but you need a picture hosting site to do that.<br /><br />Good luck and Merry Christmas.<br /><br />Aldo

did not work - what size does the avatar have to be?<br /><br />is it file size or physical size?

Both. For instance: mine is 80 x 39 pixels and 1399 bytes. JC1933 is 45 x 45 pixels and 1843 bytes. You can go bigger but it may be rejected - if its rejected it will show as a red 'X' instead of the picture. You don't have the red 'X', your problem is probably not size. What is it (jpg, gif etc).
