ID a Mariner 40HP

I have a 1990 Mariner 40hp Magnum. It has oil injection, 4 cylinder, 2 carb. I can not find a serial number? My trim/tilt motor is trash and I need to get a part number. There is a bar code under the cover on the left side of block M 019280? Trim tilt is single piston with motor pump to right, two wire motor.

Does the pump have a black or yellow fill plug?

I found a loose tag laying inside cover lower area. It was a bar code label and had these numbers on it
812548A10 21/170 P/N Asy-ME/MA 40-P.T. 'S
is any of this the S/N?

Mastertech marine shows the 40hp 4 cylinder 1990 model as C221550-D000749.... And another site shows all 40hp 4 cylinder from C221550 and up... So they must of been the same motor from 1990 and up,,
