ID This Old Grady

Ok, it's time for me to ask a question for a change. I was wandering around a lot in my neighborhood this afternoon, I went there to look at a Shamrock 20 I am interested in, but came across this old Grady White. It's to old for an HIN (or at least I could not find one). I am looking for a project boat and This one's looks appeal to me.

So Take a look at the photos and let me know what you think. I'm going to check out some other sites but thought the gang here would be a good place to start.

Looks like an 191-C Atlantic Weekender. I'm guessing a 1973

I'd say more project than boat-the open doors and windows and the sunken bow suggest water accumulating in the hull. Likewise the transom water stains may tell a tale. At least you get a free crab basket. But it will look right cool fixed up--I like the lap strake look
