Idea?

This just hit me the other day so I thought I'd share it...

There are people you can call to refinish tubs and showers. Are they spraying gelcoat? Could there possibly be a market for them they don't know about? See where I'm going with this?

Not sure but I believe that they use epoxy paint

No gel coat, they use a good 2 part PU most of the time.

Just had our tub redone 6 mo. ago 2 part is what they used on mine I diddn't ask epoxy is the only thing I know of that uses an activator?

There may be some epoxy products being used now, I haven't done any of that work in a while.

Some are independents that use what works best for them, and some are a franchise that use only the stuff they market.

Very true so many new products out these days it's hard to keep up.
