I have a 1996 19.5 Glastron. The front seat covers come bouncing off when I start hitting waves. Also it was kinda neat idea to have the seat covers sitting on top of these plastic storage units so you can take them out and clean them but they also tend to bounce around. Anyone else have this problem? I was thinking of attaching velcoro to the seat and the storage unit to keep the seats down but not sure about the storage unit below dont really want to screw them in.

under my front seat pads there is a post that goes into a plastic receiver thingy in the fiberglass of the boat when you put the seat down.
what does yours have a a fastener now? pictures and/or model of boat?

It may be a few weeks before I get a chance to take a pic of what the underside of the seat looks like. It is covered up for winter. I do have a pic what the front seats look like set up. Mine only has the seats with wood bottom and it sits on part of the boat that has a lip on it and the seat goes on. The containers underseat slide around when it gets bumpy. These are pics boat it is 1995 19.5 foot it is a 40th Aniversary model not sure of the model but it is not he fish and ski model.boatpicfront.jpgboatpic2.jpg
