Idle Adjustment on rebuilt carb

I just rebuilt my carbs on my 75 horse Mariner. What is a good setting to start with on my idle screws. This is the first one I've ever done so I am not sure where to start. There are 3 seperate carbs if that helps.

Rule of thumb is usually 1 1/2 turns out on ones that I messed with.
