I have corrected an oil alarm problem on my 1994 200hp carburated outboard. In the driveway with muffs on it is idling at 1200 rpm. It seems a little high. What should it be? I only changed the Lubealert module to correct the alarm problem, I wouldn't think that would affect the idle. Anybody? thanks for any help.

Idle should be in the water, motor warm and in gear.It should be about 750-800 rpm.
