idling rpm?? 60hp Evinrude

I have a 92 60hp Evinrude (E60TLENE). I am going to clean the carbs and prep everything for the season It seems that currently the idle may be a little high it idles at about 1400-1500 is this normal and if not what should the idle be set at??

it is high. but the idle speed has to be fine tuned with the boat in the water, motor in gear. on muffs it will idle 300 +- higher, than in the water.

Thanks Tashasdaddy!! what should the target rpm be when I do get to that point and get the boat back in the water again?
