I ran a compression test on a motor that was not ran for last 3 years and it was 92 to 94 in all six cylinder. is a low compresion like this normal for an engine that hasnt been ran in 3 years? I was doing a search and the norm was around 115 or 120 psi. any help?

Sure could be low b-q. Give it a squirt or two of oil in each cylinder and see if it comes up.

c/6

Hooty

Roger that b-q. Pull the plugs, squirt in some 2cycle oil and spin the engine a few times to get the cylinder walls good and wet and then check compression.

c/6

Hooty
