iFinder H2O c won't search

I have an iFinder h20 c that I have had for about 4 years. I have only used it a couple of times and it still looks brand new. It has been kept in my boat, dry and not exposed to an weather etc. I tried to use it the other day and it will not show that it is searching for any satellites. I left it outside for a couple of hours in the clear, reset it hard and soft, tried to set it to my location and then find satellites. When in the satellite mode, it does not even show it is searching, just a blank area where it use to show the loading bars etc. Is my internal antenna bad...any suggestions?

First step is to make sure to have the latest software. It should be 1.5.0

I called the Lowrance people and the girl told me that I have the proper software but I have 1.2 not 1.5. I will look on the web sight and see if she gave me the wrong information........thanks!!

I just looked and the upload window states that 1.1.0 is the latest, (mine is a color unit...the 1.5 seems to be for the non color unit). My iFinder states that I have 1.2....weird. Any other advice, I really don't want to send this in if it is fixable because the girl at Lowrance stated that it would be $149 just to look at it.
