i start my motor everything was good i tunr it of and then try to start angain and its ded nothing at all no power at all where do i start where do i look ? any one plezz......

Check the main fuse, or the neutral safety swithch.

After doing what R.Johnson suggested, remove/inspect/clean/reinstall your battery connections at both the battery and the engine.

ok where is the neutral safety swithch and i dont see any fuse and i am in neutral thats for shure ?????

Safety switch is in the control unit. Have you tried pushing the shift/throttle lever back and forth to verify neutral. (hear the click) ? Fuse is under the cowling by the rectifier.

I'm sorry I forgot to say where the neutral switch was, The fuse is in a red rubber, pull-apart socket.

yes i have tryd the control unit.and it is in neutral i will have a look at the big red plug in the motor right ? and see if there a fuse there i will let you know tomarro thanks.

syl, the fuse is in a small red pull apart plug. up near the top of motor on port side, same side as starter, starter solenoid. NOT to be confused with red cannon plug, that's the main wiring harness. and that little plug is likely held in place by two clips like alot of the other wiring is held in place by

ok thanks i got it 1 more question what is the starthing timing and fast advance timing for my motor 1978 115....??
