They are everywhere !!!! and they think it is great fun. 2 people drowned very close to where I live due to a 27 footer swamping them in spring and just carrying on. 4 flat tires on their vehicle could always be a bit of a giggle when they all arrive back after having a little much to drink.

VENGENCE IS MINE sayeth a pissed off boater. REGISTRATION NUMBERS, boat description....Hello, Marine Patrol? I want to report an accident. If that doesn't work then it's dirty tricks time.

This year was fishing in a small river with a 12' open aluminum with a 7.5. Anchored out and some old dub in 20'ish bayliner went by (within 15 feet) at semi plane. My boat took in water over the side. One of those times where I wish I had a bigger motor, i would have run him down.

Got a 85 this year on a 15 footer. No more getting swamped for me without some justice on my side.

A 12 stepper is a reformed drunkard, who now has more baggage than he had when he was drunk, including the answer to everybody elses problems.
