I have cleaned it out and bought my expencive 2 part foam. I am about to lay down some waterproof wood.
What I need to know is do I need to take it off the trailer or do anything to take pressure off the bottom in order to make the right shape. Right now It has a slight upward bow, I mean really slight, where the trailer supports it. I took pictures and it seems to have relaxed almost 1/4 inch from when I first took the foam out. I would like to know if this will matter or should I try to make something the shape of the back and lift it a little to take pressure off the bottom. Let me know if there is an official way to do this or does it even matter. Im the measure twice do it right the first time kinda person. Plus it took lots of work to get the old foam out.
I am using aeromarine polyurethans pour in place two part foam, 2 lbs per cubic foot density.
