The outboard started and worked fine! but no water was coming from the pee hole... i changed the impeller and still no water! i opend up the engine and cant find where the water should run out from! Can any one tell me? i saw some screws that maybe should not be where they were... Can anybody please tell me where the water should come out from after its cold everything its should cool?

Welcome to Iboats,

Not familiar with that precise model. Usually all motor discharges water through a peeing port located around the right side of the lower pan or upper middle leg ? If not, seems that discharges water straight through the prop ?

As seen from behind, check at 0.18 minute the left side of the lower pan where a tiny water flow or water bubbles are being released which seems to be the peing port ? the impeller is in bad shape or the motor is excessively internal salted if used in salt water or a combo of both situations.

Simple.----Look carefully where the block bolts to the exhaust housing.-----I believe you should be able to see where that passage way goes.----And it will be plugged.----Best to install a new fitting , possibly using that plug on top of the block.---Some hose .----Drill a hole in the cowling and install the fitting found on lower cowlings of many Johnson / Evinrude models.----9.9 to 200 HP in the 1980's

The tell tale comes off the side off the exhaust housing !----Starboard side,-----It will be plugged now with dirt corrosion.-----That is why they abandoned that under the block tell tale !!

Check at 1.41-1.43 min, there's a small non continous water flow, droplet peeing seen in a straight line going downward form the cowl's letters ER which seems with prostate issues, if that's the peeing port definitely it's near clogged, run a wire, cannula, weed wacker wire there....

The video in post #4 does not have enough water in the test bucket.----Water must be 6" ( 15 cm ) above the pump.
