After two Months and $2500 later I'm no longer landlocked. I never thought I'd miss the commotion and tirades of those trying to put their boats in the water or the faint smell of an outhouse in the distance. Having the pleasure of holding a cup of coffee while the bugs commit sucide on my face as I zip across the water and the feel of a slippery Leach as I conjoin him to my hook then wiping my hands on my jeans. I too have missed the sharp nip of my Rapala as I try to separate him from his buddies and the zing of my line as I cast and then the Cry of oh S... as it wraps itself around a limb and the unsucessful attempt to rescue it.
I do promise to never again flip my lure around those poor souls who are stuck on the bank with a Bobber. I will have compassion because I too, use to have to sit on the bank and watch with jealous envy as lures were aimed at my go Bobber. Happiness is being on the water again for sure.

I am now one with the lure again.......
