Ah don't feel to bad T2F, I got the Darwin award a couple of years ago when I had a freon leak. It was in an AC unit for one of our stores. Instead of letting it dump the 7 pounds or so into the store, I put my finger in the hole to stop it. Dumb dumb dumb, it gave me a bad case of frost bite to my fingers and thumb. With the system being under pressure sure didn't help either. At least we didn't have to evacuate the store.
I'm sure some of the old timers here will remember that post.
