impellar change in 60hp evinrude

can any help me i have a 60hp 3 cylinder two stroke evinrude somewhere between 1996 and 2001.. i have opened 5 bolts and the leg has droped down a little but i cant find how to open the gear linkage... can any one help

i did a 70 today, the shift linkage is under the lower carb, then you have one bolt under the trim tab, and then a larger one just in front of the trim tab.
