Impeller housing leaking w/pics

My impeller housing mounts to this on the front of the crankshaft. One of these factory holes on this mount is leaking water. Not gushing but a steady drip out of the hole. This device mounted on the front of the crankshaft also has quite a bit of side to side play in it. It appears as though it needs to be replaced. Is water dripping out telling me it's shot? If it needs to be replaced how do you remove it? Thanks

Replace the pump, there are no repair kits.
