There is a weep hole on the underside of the pump body that remains on the shaft. I think the idea is to stop pressure building up between the seal and the bearing and to warn you that you have a problem. The down side is that it drips onto the pulley and gets sprayed around the engine compartment, not nice in salt water!
Having said all that, there was on mine others might be different. (Gi 5.0 PWTR)
