Impeller question

Do I have this impeller in the right way or is this upside down? I wasn't sure so I figured I'd just ask

Psssst.....(you have installed it backwards.....reverse, to install it the right way....)

Even if the vanes are the wrong way as soon as you start the motor they will right themselves. If you place the impeller on the wear plate with the key in place and turn the driveshaft clockwise while pushing down on the pump housing, it should fall into place.
