Impeller Replacement Cost

I'm debating if I should do this myself or pay someone to do it...

Can anyone give me a ballpark (average) figure as to how much a water pump impeller replacement costs these days for an Alpha One? Is this a task an average mechanic with basic tools like myself could do or is something on a more difficult level?

i had a merc dealer do mine last year for $150.00 After reading these forums i should have done it myself to save money. impeller was only about 25 bucks i think plus gear lube....

After you go to the Adults section and download the manual you will find it`s just like the geico commericial
