Yeah, mine is kind of like that, with the front cut out so it will slide in. Prop is the same. Pulling the outdrive annually is a good idea. Gives you a chance to lube the driveshaft, check the gimbal bearing and lube the U joints. Also check for water or oil in the bellows to head off any problems. Once you get the hang of it it will only take a couple of hours in the fall and you will be ready to go in the spring. Good luck.
