WE went to the lake about two weeks ago.My son and daughter and myself. My kids are young and learning to swim.I checked the area out near a island and let them jump in.I showed them the basics and let them play around. My little girl of 7 yrs. old cut herself on a piece of glass. We rushed back to the State owened dock and parked.Well a few people got really mad that I broke in line. This was an emergency.I left the boat but took the keys.As I got to my truck I looked back and someone undocked my boat.Untied it as I left. After 17 stitches later we returned for the boat.A really nice couple retreved my boat and reported the individuals who cut my boat free. The state game wardens ticketed the people who did this.I thank GOD that they're still nice people in this world. For my boat would still be adrift.

Hello Mr. Henry,
I hope your daughter is ok and doing well.

Unfortunately, there will always be some ignorant slobs around, no matter where you are or what you are doing. I would like to think that in the boating community, most people are very nice and helpful. :)
