On a new boat complete electrical redo, what amp fuse do I need to use for a in line fuse for the following, do yall recommend? All will be connected to the troll motor battery, thanx.

GPS
depth finder
bilge pump
navigation lights

Or do yall recommend a fuse block, if so which one? The battery is under the center console out of the way.

fuse block. I think all of the electronics will call for a different fuse amp. for example my depth finder only calls for a 1 amp fuse. a fuse block will also clean up the wire connections.

Fuse block 4 sure, separate fuse for each accessory. You would never be able to properly protect each item on 1 fuse. And if 1 access failed and blew the fuse, you would lose power to all the access on that fuse.

Its not a good idea to hook your depth finder to the trolling motor battery. Besides possible interference, electronics do not like surges and you get one everytime you step on the troller's go button.

Thanx, I will go with a fuse block. I was thinking about an in line fuse for each item, not all 4 on one fuse.
Every time I stop, I turn off the GPS and depth finder, so no problem with surging. They are only on when big motor is running. Saving tons of wire by mounting battery under the center console, instead of running wires all the way from the back.
I have a Motor Guide 6 amp on board battery charger, and when I back into the stall next to my house, I just plug and go, its automatic shutoff, so its always fully charged. We fish here year round on the Gulf Coast, so batteries need to be charged and ready at the spur of a moment. Thanx again for yalls help, good fishin.
