I have been working on this old beauty for the last two years, new out drive,
engine rebuilt. new electrical, dash, gauges, tank, all new wood inside and seats.
I said to myself why not new carpet? OOHH MY GOT WHAT IS NEXT!!!
Deck is cracked and wood below rotten all of it. Can someone help me with the stringer replacement. It looks like two 2X10s the bow to stern. Is there something I'm missing?

I just got the deck off of my Larson today and found the same thing. All I found under the two rotten boards was foam. I've
been checking around, and so far no luck. I haven't removed all the foam yet so I'm not sure if there are more stringers or not. If I find anything out I will let you know.

dburkhard, if you haven't already, you might want to check out the Boat Restoration, Building, and Hull Repair forum on this board (aka "the Drydock"). You will get a lot more eyes on your thread than in the Larson forum, and there are lots of great guys who will be able to help you every step of the way.

I just finished a complete replacement of my transom, deck and floatation foam in my '97 Larson SEI bowrider. (you can see my link below if you want to check it out)

Welcome to iboats and good luck with your project!

Jim
