Recently I started looking in the catalogues and stores for some new knit shorts for sleeping in when we go camping or to a motel. After I commented that I was having a hard time finding anything that was suitable and cheap my wife and mother got together and decided they were gonna make me some. I figure problem solved because even if the wife can't sew all that well momma can. Anyway after all the measurments and such were taken they went to work and here less than 24hrs later I now have a new set of cammo shorts that fit and are made better than anything I could purchase. The problem here is they used material that we had on hand and while camo is cool the fact that is was purple camo
I bought many years ago for them to make something for the girls is not. Now I don't intend on parading around in them around town but I do plan on wearing them back from the bathhouse and having them on on those late night runs back and forth so chances are someone will see them. I think they are nicely made decent shorts that given another choice in fabric color i would be proud to wear and say they were homemade but purple camo
I don't know what to do here I want to make everyone happy here and would love to have a couple more pairs of shorts made (thank God there is not enough purple camo
left). If I say anything about the color I may not get anymore but I would prefer blue or grey or something else in fact almost anything else but purple camo
<br />Actually these are not too bad and with some of the things for men I have seen recently I think I would prefer them over some things but still purple camo to me is not for men I think it runs up there with something like pink camo but the wife and mom disagree. I told them I would ask for honest opinions and decided I would try to outline my side of the story some to influence the honesty some LOL. So come on guys what do you think are men allowed to wear things like purple camo or not?
