Now a days most boats seem to have 4-stroke outboards, but what are the issues say with a 1977 ford 302 inboard motor? I am looking at this 20' Grady White with this set up, So please get me up to speed, I know nothing about boats. I am handy and I know a good car mechanic but is the other issues I should know about when it comes to inboards vs. outboards??

Thanks

All I will say is:

I wish!

Being a gear head and a Ford fan, that is exactly what I would like to have in my boat, especially if it was injected.

Well, either a 5.0 or a 3.0 DOHC from a SHO...

Yeah, a Ford 302 is a great motor! I am just wondering what the pros and cons are compared to a outboard.
