I've been work on income tax today(ugh) and I just worndered if I'm behind or ahead. How many have already done their taxes?

Haven't looked at last year since the 5th of January, won't until the 1st of April. (April fools day)

Everything is totaled, the ledger is done.

I'll do the paper work on the 1st of April, put it in envelopes, then put it in the "to do file" for the 14th of April.... cut two checks that day and mail them to The Infernal Revenue Services before 5PM on the 15th.

How do you spell N-A-T-I-O-N-A-L S-A-L-E-S T-A-X ?

No income tax, corporate or personal. What you earn belongs to you. The Gubment would no longer be your silent (parasitic) partner in any of your business ventures. No more social engineering with your tax rate and dollars. No more hidden tax in the products you buy. And the best part is we will save untold billions of dollars by getting rid of the parasitic accounting businesses.

Can you imagine how much capitol would flow back into the US if we got rid of income tax? It would be incalcuable.

But I daresay, the current tax system represents 'power to the center' and the chances of them giving it up (right or left) is nil.

I think it is time for another Boston Tea Party.

Done, but my electronically filed return got bounced because someone used my or my wife's ss# on their return. Accountant says nothing to worry about. Probably just a mistyped ss# on another return. Had to mail in the paper copy and they will see that it is our correct ss# and then bounce the other guys return.

We sent ours in 3 weeks ago. We had to kick in an extra $4,000 between the feds and the state. Our thank you notes from the welfare families we support should be here any day now.
