Infinity vinyl flooring in a fishing boat?

has anyone installed infinity type vinyl flooring in an aluminum fishing boat. i am talking about the 80 mil stuff that is used on the new pontoons.

i was on my cousins new pontoon boat with this stuff and it is amazing. just wondering if anyone has put it on the plywood in a deep V like a lund or crestliner or such. the issue i see is getting it to fold over the corners and staple to the back of the new wood. which i think can be done just wondering if anyone's done it. I know there are vinyl's out there already but they are not near as appealing as this new fabric vinyl stuff both to the eye and feel.
