info on pipestone mariner corp

[62 pipestone]

i just got my 1st boat and all the info i have found states that it doesnt exist
it is a 1962 pipestone and pipestone was in businus from 1969 to 1972 yet i have found a cupple peaple that clame to have owned 62 pipstones( i beleave 1 or 2 on this site). also my boat has a 110h inboard with a tag for max of 140h so it had to be one of the 1st I/O boats built and all the pics of pipestones that i have found are outboard boats

so what i am wondering is did someone build some boats out of there garage in the 60s then start a corp in 69, or where there a few prototypes built to try and git a corp invester. is my boat a rair find or what?

ok i have found TONS of Qs about pipestones on this sight but not a single A. only thing i found is that bayliner baught out pipestone in the 70s.

well if you see my profile ther is a pic.i tryed to post more but i dont know what happend to them.
