<br /><br />New orings are hard to get in most of the time. I replaced the o-ring seals on the upper-to-lower seal on my Cobra, I'm close to 300 pounds and even with my full weight on it and plenty of white grease, it still took everyting I had and plenty of twisting and wiggling to get the two case halves back together. <br /><br />Someone might have a trick for that particular job, but in general, the good part is that the new ring will seal better, the bad part is that it seals better because it's tighter so it's a b!tch to get back on.
