Installation Tool 91-818162 ?

Do any of you guys own one of these tools? It?s the driver to install the U-joint bellows sleeve on a alpha1 gen II outdrive. I need to get some exact measurements so I can make me one, since I have ways and means to do so.

You have the measurements right in front of you. The smaller diameter goes through the sleeve, the outer diameter is just slightly bigger than the OD of the sleeve, but still small enough to go into the bellhousing.
The real trick, is to use Mercury power tune to lube the sleeve. Once it evaporates, the sleeve is in there to stay. Might even be able to push the sleeve in without the tool.

I tried it, 'n pretty much pushed it together by hand....

That's a trick of the trade that only experience will find out. ^^^^
