Would like to know the correct way to wire dual batteries in my bayliner.

There are several ways to setup dual batteries.
Most common and least expensive way is with a simple 1-2-Both-Off battery switch.

They get wired in like this.

From there, the systems can be separated, automated, changed, and all sorts of things depending on what you are wanting it to do.
