Installing motor

Got new structural motor mounts made up for the boat. Whats the process of installing the engine? It's separated at the flywheel housing. Ho do I measure everything up if that has to be done.

First of all, remove the drives upper gear housing, and get the bellhousing off the boat and installed on the engine. Then set the engine in place and check the alignment like this.
