Installing new lower unit...

Just bought a boat from a friend that he was working on but ran out of time/money. One of the last things it needs is a lower unit (it doesn't have one at all. He threw it out). I've purchased one on eBay and it is in transit, along with a new water pump kit. The LU was vac and pressure tested OK, no water in the lube when drained. Is there anything else I need to purchase for the install (gaskets, etc)?

Oh, the motor is an '84 115hp (TLCRD, I believe it was)

just fill plug washers would be good.
grease the spline lightly, but make sure the of its clean top

you may want to check the anodes too

Thanks Bosunsmate. What sort of grease should I use for the splines and are there more anodes than the obvious one?

Looks like the new LU doesn't come with the bolts for attaching. Anyone know the size I need?
