installing wires for transducer on center console

Would like to know how to get the transducer wire from center console to rear of transom.I did notice a 1/2 nylon rope in the elect. harness that comes up from the floor in the center console and exits out the rear of the hull .The 1/2 nylon rope is this used for snaking the wires from rear transom to console?

lonewolf,<br /><br />You are correct-and lucky. Someone had the forethought to leave you a snake rope in the tunnel.<br /><br />Remember, when you use the rope to snake the transducer cable through, make sure you leave another rope in there for that "next" wire you'll want to run through.
