Instructions for disassembly of Teleflex sl-3

Does anyone have instructions for the disassembly of the older version of the sl-3 control arm. It's the black side mount version w the trim switch as well as the emergency kill switch.

The kill switch looks like it should just unscrew, but just keeps spinning.

The black cover over the button which allows you to apply throttle without putting the boat into gear only comes off halfway at the top, but seems to be stuck at the bottom. Just pull??

There is on screw on the back of the control arm, next to the side panel of the boat, but there is no way to fit a screw driver. I could get just a bit in there and tried to turn it with a needle nose but no luck. Could this require an Allen key.

Thanks. This shows the pieces, but I am still unclear on how to actually separate them. I am an amateur unfortunately and I don't want to break anything by pulling too hard unless I am supposed to.

It was also suggested that I should remove and test the wiring harness "from the halfway point to the switch". What and where is this wiring harness? Could they just be talking about the wiring within the control arm? I have traced the wiring from the switch to the motor and have seen no other connections besides the fuse holder mounted to the pump. The only place I cannot get to is the wiring inside the control arm and behind the panel which the the control arm is mounted.
