intake manifold

is the intake manifold on a big block 454 carbed <br />engine the same as an automotive? If not can I adapt one to work without any loss of power?<br /><br />thanks

auto will have more vacuum places to plug. auto one isn't aluminum is it? Alum with iron is not best combo for a boat with raw water cooling.
