I'm getting ready to put the intake manifold back on my new powerhead. I want to check to make sure all the recirculation circuits are clear. Do they all flow from the crankcase to the manifold with one way check valves?? Can anyone run me through which hoses are what and what direction flow should be?? Thanks!

Model # is 115TLEOR. 90 deg crossflow. I've gone through my notes and photos and have the routing figured out. My hangup is that I can only get flow through one of the hoses to the port covers. The other along with the center bearings I have can't get any air through. I'm nearing the point of taking out the fitting and checking the check valves but would like a little advice first.

Also, does the hose from the intake to the airbox have a check valve in it as well??

Well between the basketball games I've been searching and reading. I also pulled all the recirc valves and tried to clean them. Still only get flow through the one. So, looks like I will need new ones.

The nipples in the mainfold are check valves so fuel will only flow one way. You check them with a syringe and a short piece of hose. Fuel passes from the intake manifold to the side covers and ctr brg only one way.
