Came across this propelled barge that's used to damp concrete blocks to the sea floor to anchor different size boats in a bay near the city.

As the concrete blocks varies in size and weight the bow will incline towards sea and transom will rise accordingly. If counting with a fixed transom the engine will suffer from extreme prop aeration on its way to dampen site when carrying variable weight hanging from crane located at bow area.

This variable high jack solves the issue, just rise or lower OB accordingly with winch to provide the barge with best propulsion ever in any bow weight situation.

By gravity can flush the OB with fresh water by installing a high water tank connected to muffs. This high jack system could be applied to any boat's transom including toons.
